- 1 head Cauliflower
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Salt To taste
- Ground Black Pepper To taste
- Parmesan Cheese Optional; to taste
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Place cauliflower florets on baking sheet. Drizzle with oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Toss to coat.
Roast until lightly browned, about 25-30 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese, if using.
