- 1 cup Corned Beef Cooked
- 2 cups Potatoes Diced
- 2 cup Beets Cooked, diced
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Milk Fat free
- Black Pepper To taste
Mix together corned beef, potatoes and beets.
Heat oil in a heavy skillet over medium heat. Add meat and vegetable mixture.
Pour milk over mixture. With a spatula flatten hash into skillet.
Cook over low heat until one side is brown. Turn and brown other side.
