Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Turkey
  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • 3 Garlic Cloves Minced
  • 1 pinch Cayenne Pepper
  • ½ Tablespoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • ½ Tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes 14 ounces
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce 8 ounces
  • 1 can Red Kidney Beans
  • ½ cup Water
  • ½ cup Chicken Broth Low-sodium
  • Toppings Plain Greek yogurt, low-fat shredded cheese, green onions

Instructions

  • Add all chopped veggies and allow to cook until onions are translucent.
  • Add ground turkey and break it up using wooden spoon.
  • Add all of your spices, canned tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans, water and chicken broth.
  • Give it a good mix, turn the heat to low, cover and allow for it to simmer for 20-25 min.
