Frozen Yogurt Covered Blueberries make for the perfect, quick grab-n-go snack. This fiber-fueled snack is packed with antioxidants and has natural sugars that give a boost of energy.
Start by washing your blueberries and lining a small baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
