2 cups Yogurt 1 Banana Cut into small pieces 4 Tablespoons Almonds Roughly chopped 4 Dates Large, pitted, and roughly chopped 4 teaspoons Honey Coconut Optional; shredded flakes
Divide the yogurt into 4 small serving cups.
Add the cut banana in equal parts, then 1 Tablespoon of chopped almond and dates to each cup. Drizzle a teaspoon of honey into each cup. If using, sprinkle with coconut flakes and serve.
