Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Cranberries
  • 2 Jalapeño Peppers Seeded, ribs removed
  • 2 Green Onions Chopped
  • ¼ cup Cilantro
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 16 ounces Cream Cheese Low-fat

Instructions

  • Place cranberries, jalapenos, green onion and cilantro into a food processor; pulse until finely chopped. Transfer mixture to a bowl; add sugar, lemon juice and salt. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours. Strain liquid well.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese on medium speed until smooth, 3-4 minutes. Spread onto a serving dish. Spoon cranberry mixture on top of cream cheese. Cover; refrigerate until ready to serve.
