1cupCottage CheeseLow-fat
Salt
1TablespoonEvery but the Bagel Seasoning
½TomatoSliced
1cupArugula
OptionalBell peppers, diced chicken - whatever you prefer in a wrap!
Instructions
Place 1 cup of cottage cheese on parchment paper on top of baking sheet.
Spread cottage cheese as thin as possible (without creating holes/tears in cottage cheese) on parchment paper to make a rectangular shape.
Place baking sheet in 350 degree heated oven for 30 minutes, turning half way through.
Take out of oven once finished cooking, and let cool for 15 minutes.
Gently peel off cottage cheese wrap from parchment paper.
Place toppings of choosing (see Ingredients for recommendations) inside wrap, and enjoy!
