Broccoli Tots
These easy to make, crunchy and delicious broccoli tots are perfect for a quick snack or pre-dinner appetizer.

- 1 cup Harvesting Good Broccoli
- ½ cup Bread Crumbs
- ⅓ cup Parmesan Cheese
- ⅓ cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Egg
- 1 splash Milk Milk of choice
- Salt To taste
- Black Pepper To taste
Mix all dry ingredients and 1 egg together in a mixing bowl. Add a splash of milk and season with salt and pepper to taste.
With clean hands, form the mixture into 10 tot shapes, by pressing the mixture firmly so it holds together.
Cook in an air fryer for 7 minutes at 400 degrees OR preheat your oven to 425 degrees and bake on a sheet pan for 15 minutes.
