Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Blueberries Frozen
  • ½ cup Milk
  • ½ cup Quick Oats
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Yogurt Optional; topping
  • Granola Optional; topping

Instructions

  • Gather ingredients and mix in a blender.
  • Pour blended oats in a mason jar or air tight container. Refrigerate for a minimum of 8 hours. Overnight oats will last up to three days in the fridge.
