- 2 pounds Haddock
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Paprika
- 2 Tablespoons Oil Olive or canola oil
- 3 Garlic Cloves Chopped
- 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Parsley Chopped
- 1 Lemon
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Lightly spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
In small bowl, mix salt, pepper, and paprika.
Arrange haddock on baking sheet, and rub with salt/pepper/paprika mixture.
In small bowl, mix oil, lemon juice, chopped garlic. Brush mixture evenly over haddock.
Cut lemon into thin slices, and space evenly on haddock.
Sprinkle chopped parsley evenly onto haddock.
Bake for 25 to 35 minutes, until haddock is opaque and falls apart easily.
