Instructions
Thinly slice or grate the apples, carrots, fennel, shallot, and pickled carrots in a medium serving bowl.
Mix together salt, pepper, vinegar, and pickle prine for the dressing in a small bowl. Add dressing to the vegetables.
Allow slaw to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Enjoy! Serve with tacos, pork, or on it's own.
