Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Blackberry Jam
  • 1 teaspoon Whole Grain Mustard
  • ½ teaspoon Rosemary Chopped
  • 2 slices Whole Grain Bread
  • 2 ounces Brie Cheese About 3 slices
  • Cooking Spray

Instructions

  • Stir jam, mustard and rosemary together in a small bowl. Spread the mixture evenly on 1 side of 1 bread slice. Top with Brie slices and the second bread slice.

  • Coat a small nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-low heat. Coat the outsides of both bread slices with cooking spray. Place the sandwich in the heated skillet; cover and cook until the bottom is golden, about 3 minutes. Flip, cover and cook until golden on the bottom and the cheese has melted, 2 to 3 minutes more.
