Zesty Sugar Snap Peas

Lemon-pepper seasoning and garlic make these crisp-tender Zesty Sugar Snap Peas flavorful and an ideal accompaniment to a variety of entrees.

Ingredients 

  • 1 pound Sugar Snap Peas
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced
  • ¾ teaspoon Lemon-Pepper Seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Equipment

  • Stovetop
  • Large Skillet

Instructions

  • In a skillet, bring peas and 1/2 cup water to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and cook until tender, 6-7 minutes. Drain. Add the remaining ingredients. Cook and stir until well-coated, 2-3 minutes.
