Yogurt Dip

Ingredients 

  • ½ cup Plain Yogurt Low-fat
  • 2-3 Tablespoons Peanut Butter Or a nut butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey Optional; or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Mix together plain low-fat yogurt, peanut butter, vanilla extract, honey or maple syrup, and cinnamon.
