- 3 cups Watermelon
- ½ Red Onion Chopped
- ½ Red Bell Pepper Chopped
- 1 Jalapeño Pepper Seeded, chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Cilantro Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
- 1 teaspoon Vegetable Oil
