Watermelon and Feta Salad

This easy Watermelon and Feta Salad is a summertime favorite. This recipe is a great side dish to any summer meal.

Ingredients 

  • 4 cups Watermelon
  • ½ cup Feta Cheese Crumbled
  • 2 Tablespoons Mint Chopped

Equipment

  • Medium Mixing Bowl

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients in the bowl and toss well.     
  • Serve right away, or cover and refrigerate no more than 2 hours.
