Vegan Single Serving Brownie

Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
- ¼ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 3 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder Unsweetened
- ½ teaspoon Sea Salt Divided
- 2 teaspoons Chocolate Chips Vegan

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Line an oven safe dish with parchment paper or rub with coconut oil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla with a fork. Add cocoa powder, flour, and ¼ teaspoon salt. Continue stirring until all the dry ingredients are incorporated and the mixture has thickened slightly. Stir in 1 teaspoon chocolate chips.
- Transfer the batter to the oven-safe dish and smooth out the top. Sprinkle with the remaining chocolate chips and salt.
- Bake 9 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before enjoying. You can either remove the brownie using the parchment paper or eat it straight out of the oven-safe dish.
