Ingredients
- 3 Cups Lentils or Beans, Cooked
- 1 Cup Bell Pepper Finely chopped
- 1 Small Red Onion Chopped
- 1 Pound Turkey Ground
- 1 Egg Optional
- 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Onion Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Parsley Dried
- Cooking Spray
- Cheese Optional, to serve on burgers
- Lettuce Optional, to serve on burgers
- Tomato Optional, to serve on burgers
- Onion Optional, to serve on burgers
- Burger Buns Optional, toasted

Instructions
- Roughly mash the lentils or beans. Place in a large bowl, mix in the bell pepper, onion, spices and turkey. (Optional: Add an egg to better hold the mix together).
- Season with salt and pepper, form into 8 patties, spray pan with cooking oil
- Cook patties over medium-high heat until dark brown on one side, then flip and do the same on the other side
- Optional: top the patties with cheese, serve on toasted buns with lettuce, onion, tomato
