Tuna Pasta Salad

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups Macaroni
  • 10 ounces Canned Tuna
  • ½ cup Zucchini Chopped
  • ¼ cup Carrots Sliced
  • cup Onion Diced
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise Light

Equipment

  • Saucepan
  • Strainer
  • Medium Mixing Bowl

Instructions

  • Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain the cooking liquid and cool.
  • Drain tuna or salmon.
  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
  • Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.

Notes

  • Try whole wheat pasta to include whole grains.
