Tomato Cucumber Salad

Ingredients 

  • 4 Tomatoes Cubed
  • 1 Cucumber Large
  • ½ Onion Red or white, diced
  • ¼ cup Corn Fresh, frozen, or canned
  • ¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Feta Cheese
  • Salt To taste
  • Ground Black Pepper To taste

Equipment

  • Large Bowl

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Let rest in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  • Serve cold.
