This rich and creamy Tomato Basil Bisque combines the comforting flavors of traditional tomato soup with a luxurious touch of half and half. Perfectly balanced and deeply satisfying, this bisque makes an excellent starter or a hearty meal on its own.

Ingredients 

  • 2 cans Tomato Soup (~10 ounces each)
  • 1 cup Half and Half
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Basil Finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Dill Finely chopped
  • 4 Roma Tomatoes Peeled and finely diced

  • Large Pot

Instructions

  • Mix ingredients together and bring to a boil.
