Taco Seasoning

Cooking Matters
Cooking Matter's low-sodium taco seasoning uses chili powder, cumin, garlic, onion, paprika, oregano, and salt for a flavorful, healthier option.

Ingredients 

  • 4 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 4 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Equipment

  • Small Bowl
  • Airtight Container

Instructions

  • Mix spices together.
  • Store in airtight container for up to 3 months.
  • To make tacos, use 1 Tablespoon Taco Seasoning for every 1 pound of lean ground turkey or beef.
