Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 small Onion Chopped
- ½ pound Ground Beef
- 10 ounces Spinach
- 14.5 ounces Tomato Sauce Unsalted
- 1 cup Water
- ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ½ teaspoon Oregano
- ½ teaspoon Basil
- 8 ounces Lasagna Noodles Whole-wheat
- 1 cup Cottage Cheese Low-fat
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese

- Large Skillet
Instructions
- Wash and prepare onion.
- Heat oil in a large skillet or frying pan and brown meat with onion.
- Stir in thawed spinach, tomato sauce, water, and spices.
- Bring to a boil and add noodles. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir gently to prevent sticking.
- Spread cottage cheese on top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Cover and simmer until noodles are tender, about 10 minutes.
