Ingredients
- 1 can Chickpeas Drained and rinsed
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- Salt To taste
- Spices Paprika, curry powder, or other

- Colander

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Dry chickpeas well and spread evenly in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle chickpeas with oil and lightly sprinkle with salt and spices of your choice. Roll or shake the pan to coat chickpeas in oil and spices.
- Bake chickpeas for 25 minutes. Continue to bake and check for doneness every five minutes. Chickpeas should be brown and crunchy.
