Potatoes and beef hash in a pan

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup Corned Beef Cooked
  • 2 cups Potatoes Diced
  • 2 cup Beets Cooked, diced
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Milk Fat free
  • Black Pepper To taste

Equipment

  • Stovetop
  • Large Skillet

Instructions

  • Mix together corned beef, potatoes and beets.
  • Heat oil in a heavy skillet over medium heat. Add meat and vegetable mixture.
  • Pour milk over mixture. With a spatula flatten hash into skillet.
  • Cook over low heat until one side is brown. Turn and brown other side.
