Ras el Hanout Seasoning
A warming spice mixture commonly used in Northern Africa.
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- ¾ teaspoon Cinnamon
- ¾ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- ½ teaspoon Coriander
- ½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- ½ teaspoon Allspice
- ½ teaspoon Nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon Cloves

Instructions
- Mix salt, cumin, ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, black pepper, white pepper, coriander, cayenne pepper, allspice, nutmeg, and cloves in a small bowl until evenly blended. Store in an airtight container up.
