Ingredients 

  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce Washed and chopped
  • cups Pulled Pork
  • ¾ cup Black Beans Drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Carrots Shredded
  • ½ cup Shredded Cheese
  • ½ Avocado Diced
  • ¾ cup Corn
  • ½ cup Grape Tomatoes Diced
  • ¾ cup Cucumber Diced

  • Large Mixing Bowl

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, place the lettuce.
