Picnic Chicken Salad
Onion and sweet pickle relish spice up a traditional chicken salad.
Ingredients
- 2½ cups Chicken Breast Cooked, diced or shredded
- ½ cup Celery Chopped
- ½ cup Onion Chopped
- ⅔ Tablespoons Pickle Relish
- ½ cup Mayonnaise Light
Equipment
- Large Mixing Bowl
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours. Use within 1-2 days.
