Ingredients
- 1 can Pumpkin 15 ounces
- 1½ cups Brown Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- ¾ cup Vegetable Oil
- ¾ cup Whole Wheat Flour
- ¾ cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 ½ cups Rolled Oats
- 1 Tablespoons Cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- Cooking Spray

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the pumpkin, brown sugar, eggs, and oil. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, mix the flour, oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda.
- Add the pumpkin mix to the flour mix and stir until just combined.
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
- Pour the batter into the greased baking pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
