Peanut Butter Bread

For a peanut butter extravaganza, spread smooth or chunky peanut butter on top of a slice of this delicious bread! Top with banana or strawberry slices.

Ingredients 

  • 2 Eggs
  • cups Milk Low-fat
  • cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Equipment

  • Oven
  • Large Mixing Bowl
  • Small Mixing Bowl
  • Bread Pan

Instructions

  • Wash hands with soap and water.
  • Preheat oven to 350 °F. Lightly grease or spray with non-stick spray, a loaf pan.
  • In large bowl, beat eggs. Add milk, sugar, and peanut butter. Mix well.
  • In a separate bowl combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
  • Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix only enough to moisten all ingredients.
  • Pour into prepared pan. (Pan will be half full.) Bake for 1 hour.
