Peanut Butter Bread
For a peanut butter extravaganza, spread smooth or chunky peanut butter on top of a slice of this delicious bread! Top with banana or strawberry slices.
Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1½ cups Milk Low-fat
- ⅓ cup Sugar
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 1¾ cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt

- Large Mixing Bowl
- Small Mixing Bowl
- Bread Pan
Instructions
- Wash hands with soap and water.
- Preheat oven to 350 °F. Lightly grease or spray with non-stick spray, a loaf pan.
- In large bowl, beat eggs. Add milk, sugar, and peanut butter. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix only enough to moisten all ingredients.
- Pour into prepared pan. (Pan will be half full.) Bake for 1 hour.
