Peach and Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients 

  • 2 Peaches Chopped
  • 1 cup Melon Honeydew, diced
  • 1 Jalapeño Pepper Seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 cup Pineapple Diced
  • 1 Bell Pepper Seeded, finely chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt Optional

  • Mixing Bowl Medium

Instructions

  • Wash and prepare fresh fruits, vegetables, and herbs.
  • Place all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and toss thoroughly.
  • Serve with baked tortilla chips or whole-wheat crackers.

Notes

  • For extra flavors and fruits and vegetables, try topping salsa on baked fish or chicken.
