Mini Sandwich Skewers

These easy sandwich kebobs are a healthy lunch box idea that kids will love! Make lunch time fun with these cute sandwich skewers!

Ingredients 

  • 1 slice Whole Wheat Bread
  • 1 slice Ham
  • Cheese Slices
  • ¼ Cucumber

Equipment

  • Skewers

Instructions

  • Prepare all the ingredients: Slice the bread, ham, cucumber and cheese into squares approx. 2cm across.
  • Thread the ingredients onto the skewers, alternating between bread and fillings. 
  • If packing for a lunch box, make sure you have ham or cheese between the wet cucumber and dry bread to avoid it going soggy in transit.
