Ingredients 

  • 3 cups Kale About 10 large leaves
  • 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
  • teaspoon Salt

Equipment

  • Oven
  • Baking Sheet

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Wash kale and dry it. Spin dry in a salad spinner if you have one.
  • Remove kale leaves from the center stalk and tear into bite-sized pieces.
  • Spread kale pieces out on a baking sheet.
  • Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle with salt.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until kale is crispy with edges slightly browned.
