Homemade Granola

Add this granola to any yogurt or sprinkle on a fruit salad for added crunch and flavor.

Ingredients 

  • 5 cups Oats
  • 1 cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 1 cup Almonds Slivered, or walnuts or pecans
  • 1 cup Coconut Shredded
  • 2 Tbsp Sesame Seeds Or flax seeds
  • 3/4 cup Dried Fruit
  • Honey Optional
  • Milk Optional
  • Yogurt Optional

Equipment

  • Baking Sheet
  • Oven

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375˚ F. Spread oats, seeds, nuts, and coconuts on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Let cool, then add sliced fruit.
  • Serve with honey and milk or yogurt.
