Ingredients

  • 2 cups Kale Or spinach or collard Greens
  • 1 cup Banana Or green apple, mango, or avocado
  • Flaxseed Optional; ground
  • Chia Seeds Optional
  • Cinnamon Optional
  • Ground Ginger Optional
