Curried Goat Meat

Ingredients 

  • 5 pounds Goat Meat
  • 3 Tablespoons Curry Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Oil
  • 1 Onion Large, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic Chopped
  • Salt To taste

Equipment

  • Stovetop
  • Cooking Pan

Instructions

  • Add curry powder, black pepper, salt, chopped onion, and chopped garlic to the meat. Rub seasonings well into goat meat.
  • In a cooking pan on medium heat, place about 1 Tablespoon of oil. Let the oil heat up.
  • Pour meat into the pan with oil. Stir and cook until tender, about 40 minutes.

Notes

  • If making a halal meal, be sure that the goat meat is halal certified.
