Ingredients
- 5 pounds Goat Meat
- 3 Tablespoons Curry Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- 1 Onion Large, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic Chopped
- Salt To taste

Instructions
- Add curry powder, black pepper, salt, chopped onion, and chopped garlic to the meat. Rub seasonings well into goat meat.
- In a cooking pan on medium heat, place about 1 Tablespoon of oil. Let the oil heat up.
- Pour meat into the pan with oil. Stir and cook until tender, about 40 minutes.
Notes
- If making a halal meal, be sure that the goat meat is halal certified.
