Cottage Cheese Snack Jar

EatingWell.com
This creamy, crunchy snack packs 20 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber in one small mason jar. Adding the chickpeas right before serving will keep them crunchy. If you want to store everything in one jar, opt for 1/4 cup rinsed canned chickpeas instead.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Cottage Cheese Low-fat, no salt added
  • ½ Cucumber Chopped
  • ¼ cup Chickpeas Crunchy

Equipment

  • Air Tight Container

Instructions

  • Place cottage cheese in a 16-ounce container. Top with cucumber and chickpeas.

Notes

  • Place cottage cheese and cucumber in the jar. Cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days. Top with chickpeas before serving.
  • You can find crunchy chickpeas, sometimes labeled chickpea snacks, at most well-stocked grocery stores.
