Cottage Cheese Chive Dip
This Cottage Cheese Chive Dip recipe combines cottage cheese with fresh chives and seasonings for a creamy, low-fat dip. Perfect for dipping veggies or whole-grain cracks.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Cottage Cheese Low-fat
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 4 Tablespoons Chives
- ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
Equipment
- Medium Mixing Bowl
- Blender Or food processor
Instructions
- Add cottage cheese, olive oil, salt and garlic powder to a food processor or high speed blender. Blend until the cottage cheese is thick and creamy.
- Add ¼ cup of chopped chives. Pulse until combined (if you blend too long, it will turn the dip green).
- Add to a bowl then top with additional chopped chives. Serve with chips and veggies.

Note: Can add an additional 2-3 tablespoons of milk to thin out the dip to get desired consistency.
