Ingredients
- 1 package Noodles
- 12 oz Chicken Breast Stir Fry Tips
- 2 cups Bell Pepper Red or green, thinly sliced
- 2 cups Broccoli Florets
- 1 cup Tomatoes Grape, halved
- 1/3 cup Pesto
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- Black Pepper To taste
- 2 Tbsp Basil Fresh, thinly sliced

- Saucepan
- Skillet or Frying Pan
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions in a saucepan. Drain; set aside.
- Spray a large skillet with oil spray and heat over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir for 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly browned. Add bell pepper and broccoli; cook for 2 minutes more or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Reduce heat to low. Add tomatoes, pesto, lemon juice, and cooked pasta. Stir to combine. Sprinkle with black pepper and fresh basil for serving.
