Chicken Parmesan
Chicken Parmesan recipe is made with 5 ingredients and ready in just 45 minutes for a quick, delicious meal.
Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Breasts Boneless, skinless
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs
- 26 ounces Spaghetti Sauce
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese

- Baking Dish 9×5
- Skillet
Instructions
- Wash and pat the chicken breasts dry and then coat them with the breadcrumbs.
- After the chicken breasts are breaded, fry them either in a skillet with a little olive oil. Fry the breasts until they are completely cooked.
- Pour ½ of the spaghetti sauce into a 9×5 baking dish.
- Place the cooked chicken breasts on top of the sauce.
- Pour the remaining spaghetti sauce on top of the chicken breasts.
- Sprinkle both cheeses on top. Put the dish into a 400 degree oven for 30 minutes, or long enough to warm all the sauce and breasts thoroughly and melt the cheese.
- Serve over spaghetti or rice.
