Bugs on a Log are a family favorite activity. This recipe is a healthy snack that kids can join in on the fun with.

Ingredients 

  • 1 Celery Stick Cut into 3 pieces
  • 1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Raisins

Instructions

  • Wash hands with soap and water.
  • Prepare the celery: Use a butter knife or spoon to spread peanut butter along the inside of a celery stalk. This will act as the "log" for your bugs.
  • Add the raisins: Place raisins (or dried cranberries) on top of the peanut butter. These will represent the "bugs" crawling along the log. You can place them randomly or in a pattern.
  • Serve & enjoy! Your "bugs on a log" are ready to eat. Enjoy the snack as a fun, healthy treat.
