- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 pinch Salt
- Yogurt Optional; topping
- Granola Optional; topping

Instructions
- Gather ingredients and mix in a blender.
- Pour blended oats in a mason jar or air tight container. Refrigerate for a minimum of 8 hours. Overnight oats will last up to three days in the fridge.
