Ingredients 

  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • ¾ cup Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • cups Berries Any kind; fresh or frozen
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Sour Cream Or plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup Canola Oil
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Equipment

  • Oven
  • Muffin tin(s)
  • Medium Bowl
  • Large Bowl

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Whisk together all dry ingredients in a medium bowl: flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
  • Gently mix in the berries.
  • In a large bowl, mix all wet ingredients: eggs, sour cream, oil, vanilla.
  • Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
  • Grease or line a muffin tin, and fill cups ½ to ¾ full.
  • Bake for 18 to 22 minutes.
