Ingredients
- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- ¾ cup Sugar
- ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
- ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1½ cups Berries Any kind; fresh or frozen
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Sour Cream Or plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup Canola Oil
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract

- Medium Bowl
- Large Bowl
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Whisk together all dry ingredients in a medium bowl: flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
- Gently mix in the berries.
- In a large bowl, mix all wet ingredients: eggs, sour cream, oil, vanilla.
- Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
- Grease or line a muffin tin, and fill cups ½ to ¾ full.
- Bake for 18 to 22 minutes.
