- 3 Bananas Peeled, cut into chunks, and frozen
- ¼ cup Milk
- ¼ teaspoon Vanilla Extract Optional
- ⅛ teaspoon Cinnamon Optional
- 2 Tablespoon Nut Butter Optional
- ¼ cup Nuts Optional

Instructions
- Using a blender, puree the frozen bananas. Add the milk slowly as needed, until whipped to a creamy consistency, about 2 minutes.
- Scoop into a bowl and enjoy.
