Baked Haddock with Lemon
Flaky baked fish with a zest of lemon; try it out for an easy and healthy meal.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds Haddock
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Paprika
- 2 Tablespoons Oil Olive or canola oil
- 3 Garlic Cloves Chopped
- 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Parsley Chopped
- 1 Lemon
Equipment
- Baking Sheet
- Small Bowl
- Cooking Spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Lightly spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
- In small bowl, mix salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Arrange haddock on baking sheet, and rub with salt/pepper/paprika mixture.
- In small bowl, mix oil, lemon juice, chopped garlic. Brush mixture evenly over haddock.
- Cut lemon into thin slices, and space evenly on haddock.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley evenly onto haddock.
- Bake for 25 to 35 minutes, until haddock is opaque and falls apart easily.
