Baked Haddock with Lemon

Flaky baked fish with a zest of lemon; try it out for an easy and healthy meal.

Ingredients 

  • 2 pounds Haddock
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 Tablespoons Oil Olive or canola oil
  • 3 Garlic Cloves Chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Parsley Chopped
  • 1 Lemon

Equipment

  • Baking Sheet
  • Small Bowl
  • Cooking Spray

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Lightly spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In small bowl, mix salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Arrange haddock on baking sheet, and rub with salt/pepper/paprika mixture.
  • In small bowl, mix oil, lemon juice, chopped garlic. Brush mixture evenly over haddock.
  • Cut lemon into thin slices, and space evenly on haddock.
  • Sprinkle chopped parsley evenly onto haddock.
  • Bake for 25 to 35 minutes, until haddock is opaque and falls apart easily.
