Fall Salad

A yummy salad with seasonal veggies and fruits for a nice autumn day!

Ingredients 

  • 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1/8 cup Rice Vinegar
  • 1/8 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic Chopped
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1 cup Spring Lettuce Mix
  • 2 Pears Cored and chopped
  • 2 Apples Cored and chopped
  • 1 Green Onion
  • 6 ounces Feta Cheese
  • Black Pepper To taste
  • Salt To taste

Equipment

  • Small Bowl
  • Large Bowl

Instructions

  • Mix vegetable oil, rice vinegar, lemon juice, honey, mustard, chopped garlic, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl combine baby spinach, spring mix, pears, apples, and green onions. Pour dressing over salad and serve. Serve cheese separately.
