- 2 cups Tomatoes Fresh, chopped
- 2 cups Corn
- 2 cloves Garlic Minced
- ¼ cup Cilantro Fresh, minced
- ¼ cup Red Wine Vinegar
- ½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

- Chop tomatoes.
- Rinse corn if canned.
- Mince garlic and cilantro.
- Combine the above ingredients in a large bowl and let it sit in the fridge for an hour before serving.
