Ingredients
- 1 cup Milk Low-fat
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Quinoa
- 2 cups Blueberries Or any berry
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
- ⅓ cup Nuts Chopped (pecans, almonds, walnuts)
- 4 teaspoons Honey

- Stovetop
- Medium Saucepan
- Skillet
Instructions
- Combine milk, water, and quinoa in a medium saucepan.
- Bring to a boil over high heat.
- Reduce heat to medium low; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until most of the water is absorbed.
- Turn off heat and let stand covered for 5 minutes.
- Stir in blueberries and cinnamon.
- Toast the nuts in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 3 minutes.
- Serve warm with nuts and honey drizzled on top.
