Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place cauliflower florets on baking sheet. Drizzle with oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Toss to coat.
- Roast until lightly browned, about 25-30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese, if using.
