Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 1 package Tofu 12 ounces, firm, cut into ½-inch cubes and patted very dry
- 2 Onions Medium, diced
- 1 Green Pepper Diced
- ½ cup Tomato Sauce
- Ground Black Pepper To taste
- 1 cup Muenster Cheese Optional; grated

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium high heat until hot but not smoking. Stir fry the tofu until golden about 10 minutes.
- Remove from the pan and set aside. Add a little more oil and sauté the vegetables.
- Return tofu to pan and stir in tomato sauce.
- Season with pepper and cook until bubbly.
